With over a decade of industry experience, he has trained thousands of professionals across the UK, earning recognition as a respected educator and specialist within the brow and lash industry.
Known for his refined approach and attention to detail, Jamie specialises in creating natural, tailored results that enhance individual features rather than overpower them. His experience spans editorial work, television productions, awards events, and advanced education, giving him a well-rounded understanding of both artistry and high-performance beauty.
Alongside his treatment and training work, Jamie leads the studio’s creative direction and visual identity, shaping a space that reflects the values at the core of Ours: inclusivity, innovation, sustainability, and elevated self-care.
George sTAIKOGLOU
Founder | Inclusive HairDRESSING
With a background in design and seven years of experience as a visual merchandiser, George has always been drawn to creativity, aesthetics, and the power of personal expression. After qualifying in both barbering and hairdressing, he brought that same eye for detail into the world of hair, focusing on tailored, wearable styles that make clients feel confident and comfortable in themselves.
As co-founder of Ours Creative Studio, George plays a key role in both the creative and operational side of the business. From overseeing systems and organisation behind the scenes to helping shape the studio’s overall direction, his focus is on creating an experience that feels welcoming, inclusive, and thoughtfully curated from start to finish.
Driven by a passion for sustainable beauty and modern hair culture, George believes hair should be expressive, accessible, and completely personal, delivered in an environment where both clients and creatives feel equally at home.
Ellie Mai Keyworth

Ellie specialises in colour, blonding, and hair extensions, with over five years of experience creating seamless, confidence-boosting transformations. From dimensional blondes and colour correction to luxury extensions and styling, her approach is centred around tailored results and healthy hair.
Alongside hair services, Ellie also offers soft and full glam makeup, making her the perfect choice for clients looking for a complete glow-up experience.
Jade allesee
Nail Artist
Jade is an award-winning nail technician and founder of Beauty Basics, bringing over 13 years of industry experience to Ours Creative Studio. Known for her refined approach to modern nail design, her work focuses on precision, longevity, and elevated finishes that balance creativity with wearability.
Alongside building a loyal client base both in person and online, Jade has worked behind the scenes on campaigns and content for brands including Kylie Cosmetics, Makeup Revolution, OFRA Cosmetics, and Footasylum. She has also launched her own curated press-on nail range, extending her signature style to clients worldwide.
With a strong focus on nail health, education, and high-quality techniques, Jade’s treatments are designed to deliver polished, long-lasting results without compromising the integrity of the natural nail.
